Join us for a stunning guided horse ride around Ladybower Reservoir, one of the Peak District’s most iconic and scenic riding locations. This ride offers breathtaking views across Mam Tor, Kinder Scout and the surrounding hills, making it a firm favourite for riders looking for a memorable adventure with their own horse.
We’ll guide you predominantly along lovely, level bridleways and trails, with only a small amount of road work involved. The route is varied, open and rewarding, offering plenty of opportunities to enjoy the scenery and cover some ground.
The ride is approximately 9.6 miles and can take up to 3 hours, depending on pace and conditions. We’ll be walking, trotting and cantering where suitable, always prioritising safety and enjoyment.
This is a small group guided ride, limited to just four riders plus the lead guide, ensuring a relaxed and supportive experience.
