Returns & Refund Policy – Unthank Equestrian 🐎

At Unthank Equestrian, we understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking.

Guided Rides

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the ride are eligible for a refund minus a £5 admin fee
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the ride are non-refundable

Camps & Multi-Day Experiences

• Cancellations made more than 4 weeks before the camp are eligible for a refund minus a £15 admin fee
• Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the camp are non-refundable

Transfers

• Where possible, we may offer the option to transfer your booking to another date, subject to availability
• Transfer requests must be made outside of the cancellation period

Cancellations by Unthank Equestrian

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a ride or camp (e.g. weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered:

• A full refund, or
• The option to transfer to another date

• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
