Ford Water Crossing ride

We will guide you and your horse along some of the most beautiful countryside, along bridleways and country lanes.

The terrain is varied and some what challenging in places as well as inclines, this ride is amazing for your horses fitness.

We do have sections of the bridleways, which are stony and then parts, which are lovely and soft.

We do head along country lanes for parts of this ride as well as livestock in adjacent fields.
Walkers, dogs & mountain bikers may also be passed.

The water crossing is great for your horse to have a splash.

The ride is approx 2 hours depending on speed in walk, trot & canter.

Meet time is 10am, with the aim to be onboard at 10.30am

Please note the 5th Aug ride is an evening ride - meet at 6pm with the aim to be onboard for 6.30pm

Our small group sizes are four riders, plus the lead ride.

Parking is free of charge and can accommodate large lorries.
