Tilstone Bank Guided Horse Ride | Cheshire | Cross Country

Join us for a faster-paced guided hack at Tilstone Bank Cross Country Farm in Cheshire, one of the most beautiful places to ride in the North West.

This 7-mile ride takes you across open Cheshire countryside, following wide grass tracks through stunning scenery with cross country jumps along the route. We go around the course twice, making it a brilliant ride for fitness and confidence. The sandy going rides well in all weathers, perfect for keeping horses and riders moving through autumn and winter.

Jumps are always completely optional. There’s no pressure to jump anything, and you’ll still have an incredible ride either way.

Your guide: Katy

Katy hunts regularly and rides Tilstone herself for fitness, so she knows every inch of the route. She will lead over jumps for anyone who wants to follow and is equally happy to hack around them with you.

This is a faster-paced ride. Children are welcome provided they are confident, competent riders and accompanied by an adult. Perfect for a group outing, with solo riders very welcome too. We’ll match you up with other friendly riders on the day!
